Rainy Conditions This Afternoon and Tonight


Rain will begin mainly after 1pm this afternoon, with temperatures reaching a high near 62 degrees Fahrenheit. The southeast wind will blow steadily at 9 to 11 mph, with gusts up to 21 mph, which could make the rain feel cooler and more persistent. There is an 80% chance of precipitation, but the total rainfall is expected to be light, with less than a tenth of an inch possible.


Tonight, rain will continue before 8pm and then transition into showers after that time. Temperatures will drop to around 45 degrees, and the east wind will pick up to 11 to 13 mph. The chance of precipitation remains high at 80%, with new rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. This means the ground will stay wet overnight, so be cautious if you’re driving or walking outside.


Showers Persist on Sunday Morning


Sunday will start with showers mainly before 1pm, keeping the chance of rain high at 90%. The high temperature will rise slightly to near 64 degrees, with a southeast wind around 11 mph. Expect new precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch, which could lead to puddles and soggy conditions in the morning.


After 2am Sunday night, there is a 40% chance of showers, but the rain will be lighter and less frequent. The sky will remain mostly cloudy, and the low temperature will be around 52 degrees. Winds will calm down to about 6 mph by midnight, making for a quieter, cooler night.

Memorial Day Brings a Mix of Clouds and Sun


Memorial Day itself will feature a chance of showers before 2pm, with a 40% chance of precipitation. The day will be mostly cloudy, but temperatures will climb to a pleasant high near 77 degrees. Winds will be calm in the morning and shift to the west at around 5 mph in the afternoon. This means you might see some breaks in the clouds and enjoy mild weather for outdoor activities.


Monday night will remain mostly cloudy with a low near 54 degrees, setting the stage for a clearer week ahead.


Sunny Days Return Tuesday Through Friday


The weather improves significantly starting Tuesday. Expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 83 degrees, perfect for outdoor plans or enjoying time in the park. Tuesday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 57 degrees, offering comfortable evenings.


Wednesday will continue the trend of mostly sunny weather, with a high near 79 degrees. Nighttime temperatures will drop to around 53 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Thursday and Friday will maintain mostly sunny conditions, with highs near 73 and 69 degrees respectively. Nighttime lows will range from 50 to 54 degrees, making for cool but pleasant nights.
