Some of the coldest temperatures since late spring are expected overnight, prompting the National Weather Service to issue frost advisories across much of upstate New York.

Temperatures are forecast to reach the lower to middle 30s, resulting in frost formation. The lowest temperatures will be further inland away from the lakeshores.
